AI Actions are additional options in the editor to help you with adjusting existing translations.
How it works
AI Actions are powered by OpenAI language models. When you select an AI Action, the system sends the current translation to OpenAI along with the selected action prompt. The AI processes the request and returns a modified version of the translation based on the chosen action.
You can run AI Actions on individual translations, all translations of a key via context-menu, or use them in combination with Bulk Actions to apply changes to multiple translation keys at once.
Available actions
You can choose from the following options:
- Correct - to fix the translation
- Shorten - to make the translation shorter
- Extend - to make the translation longer
- Rephrase - to rephrase the translation
To use AI Actions, right-click on the translation key you want to adjust and select the desired action from the context menu. Note that AI Actions are applied to all translations of the selected key.
Custom prompts
You can also create your own custom prompts for AI Actions. To do this, go to the project settings and select the "AI Actions" tab. Here, you can add, edit, or delete custom prompts.
