Yes, unused auto-translation characters rollover to the following months and they are valid until your subscription plan is active. You can also buy additional auto-translation characters for one-time payment that do not expire.

Yes, you can switch between plans at any time. You can also change your current plan limits. Increasing number of translation keys costs $5 per month for 500 keys. You can also buy 250 000 auto-translation characters for $15 as one-time payment, or add more users to your plan for $20 per month for additional 10 seats.

Alternative translations are translations that help you to create white label version of your app. You can replace any translation with an alternative translation for a given customer. Learn more customer translations.

Project member is a person who has access to the project and can manage translations and keys, like administrator or translator. Contributor is a person who can suggest translations via public suggestions page, but cannot manage keys or translations.
